Description

I know Hartford has a problem but this is an extreme area of trash dumping. All along Ledyard St. and Elliot St. E you can see old beds and couches, pile of old auto tires, and other unsightly piles of trash alongside the road. This problem is withing proximity to Bulkley High School. How can any HS student have hope in the inner city with trashed streets like this. There are also businesses in this area that must be negatively affected by this trash.
