Description

The construction vehicles and workers for the Val Vista road work are not following any traffic laws or practicing safety. For example, this truck who conveniently has most of their plate trashed, turned left onto North Bound Val Vista from Chandler Heights cutting off west bound traffic nearly causing an accident (he turned as if he had a left turn arrow). This isn't a mistake and a one time occurrence. These construction vehicles are constantly making turns without right of way or completely disregarding oncoming traffic.
