No response of any kind from the City of Cambridge!

City has made no response, nor taken any action, not even an acknowledgement of my request!

I apologize for the delay in response and thanks for your request. We will evaluate this location, let you know of our findings, and notify abutting property owners if racks will be installed. Please note that sites for bike racks can be limited on narrow sidewalks due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirement that a sufficient walkway be left open for people with disabilities.
