The moonscape called Andrew Street has never been paved and is the worst in all of West York. Several businesses pay marcantile taxes and have received no relief from the borough. Excuses about, no sewer gas or water. All of these problems could have been rectified during the current infrastructure upgrade by the gas and water companies but borough council is too busy to pay attention, or simply does not care. I cannot believe with the power of the VFW the ladies auxiliary does not twist mayor Wasko's arm. He seems to kie to hang out at the bar and bend his arm there so that would be the time to get a hold of the busy mayor.
