If you're not going to get this fixed (after weeks of reporting this issue) can you at least hire some Sherpas to help carry groceries over the Hillary Steps?

Please don't just dismiss this because "it's a duplicate report." You should be getting 20 reports on this issue every day until it's taken care of. My girlfriend is fed up and done reporting issues to 311 because we just get "acknowledged" replies but nothing is done. Do something. Find the property owner and threaten his pets. Whatever. Just do something.

This property owner is a lousy neighbor. In previous years he wouldn't bother shoveling at all. This year he plows and completely blocks the sidewalk. What an @#$%.
