Thanks for the reply. I see this was classified as a drainage erosion issue which is not the case. The street is clearly not level which causes standing water. Who needs to be contacted to get it fixed? I’m would love to be able to send a video of when it rains. The drain works but in that spot, since the street isn’t level, standing water is left for days, wouldn’t this be prone to mosquitoes? Also, this has nothing to do with construction in the area.
