Description
Contractor torn large sections of sidewalk up along Blue Spring Road NW between the DHR and Old Blue Spring Road months ago and they have been left that way as a trip/fall hazard...same situation exists along Sparkman Drive NW, one near the Cook Out and another near the Metro PCS store...does no one ever check on the contract work...???
