Check site and found no issues and I spoke to the development team

When should we expect this project to end? Sidewalks have been closed in front of this property for at least 4 years at this point. Does the town not review progress at any point? I've heard South Frankin St and Dr. Jones Hwy described as a "gateway" entrance to town - having this continued mess is an embarrassment if this is case.

I certainly hope the town will take note of this developers habits and take them into consideration prior to approving any of their projects going forward.

I spoke to the developer and she stated that they will be starting the last Townhome unit with in the next few weeks. The developer stated that it will take about 3 month to finish the last unit. Sidewalk will reopen after that.
