There seems to be a number of issues with the Dollar Tree Store and the General Store. The owners do not seem to have any consideration for the residence of Randolph. This is when those in office need to make a stand. Cleanup the areas by property owners and have consideration for others. Stand up Randolph.

Has the Police been called when this occurs? I will handle health and sanitary issues regarding the trash. I do not have any jurisdiction over the truck drivers in their vehicles who block. I can not write them tickets only the police can do that or tow if necessary.
