Why was my issue recategorized to traffic ??
This wall is in my backyard and it's crumbling !

I spoke to Omni on June 3rd but I haven't heard back on this issue . I'd appreciate an update - please .

Spoke with the constituent and updated her regarding the concern. Engineering stated that a contractor will likely resolve the concern in October/November.

We ran out of warm weather this year as our concrete contractor was very busy with a huge workload. We will be able to address this in the Spring 2022.

Thank you Paul -- I was wondering what was happening since I was told this would be fixed in October - November or December !

Understood Melanie. Please know that the City legally had to prioritize ADA compliant handicap ramps prior to paving, which is a federal law. We broke records this year paving 21+ miles of road and reconstructing over 500 corner concrete ramps handicap ramps for the public. We will push to address this issue in the Spring of 2022.

This is still a very complex issue that is being reviewed and decided. This has not fallen off of our radar.
