I listened to this dog bark though most of the night. It has been going on for days. It is utterly cruel to the dog and really detracts from the quality of life for the neighborhood. Please do something about it

What can be done when one calls the SPCA over and over and the problem persists? Various neighbors have called and called and at least one was told the SPCA would come out Saturday, yet it is 7:30 a.m. on Sunday and the poor dog is barking and crying!!! Can someone help that poor dog and keep neighbors sane??????

This is absurd, several people have called the SPCA multiple times all week and still the dog is barking. It's been going on since at least 6am when it woke me up. Somebody needs to do their d@#n job and remove that dog.

PLEASE REMOVE THIS DOG from this horrible situation! The dog continues to bark even though it seems to have a shock collar on. Why have a dog if it is going to be treated like this, ignored in the tiny cramped yard for hours on end , day after day? It's a disgrace that the situation is STILL going on after 2 weeks. Please! I can't stand this barking anymore!!

The barking is really out of hand. It started last night and kept going until like 4:30 am when it started raining hard and then it started up again at like 7am. It's been weeks now that I cant sleep thru the night and it's going on as I type this. I also got the run around when making phone calls. I finally filed a report with someone and received no feedback, no call back and NO ACTION. This relentless noise throughout the night has got to stop! The authorities are doing nothing about it, despite numerous and persistent complaints.

Have you tried to talk to the owner and let them know that this is posted publicly?

The dog barking has subsided, although people in the area are concerned about the dogs well being. At least it's not keeping everyone up all night.
