Description

This man lets his dogs out in his back yard and they either jump the fence or get out some how. I live on gibbs across the street my dogs do not leave my yard, tell me why his two dogs come in my yard and roam the neighborhood. This needs to stop. THE PET OWNER NEEDS TO BE A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER AND CONTROL AND CONFINE THEIR DOG. I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO THE DOG WARREN AS WELL. I'M DONE WITH THIS IRRRESPONABLE PET OWNER. SOMETHING NEEDS DONE. LIKE TAKE THE DOGS BECAUSE THEY KEEP RUNNING AWAY FOR A REASON.
