Illegal dumping by owner of 938 Enfield St onto Posted Property,; see sign in photo. Pile consists of wood, bamboo, concrete roots, It is dangerous and clearly crosses the property line onto Posted Property. It also is promoting habitat for skunks. Owner also placed scraps of debris onto my wall and piled dirt clumps against the wall.

This is after a winter of the owner aiming his snow thrower at my newly built wall and cedar fence which cost thousands of dollars. Rocks, glass and nails were shot into my yard, fence, and wall. Prior to the wall and fence, owner dumped trash and plant debris onto my property for many years. Keep in mind, that Since 2003, this owner has never shot snow onto my property; he has a huge yard. Clearly, he is provoking a response. Town has directed him to clean up debris in the past and now is no different.
