I think this is the same place as issue #5646600 (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/5646600) and/or issue #4371100 (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/4371100). Glad to see these wires are sturdy enough to hold up small trees, but if the wires come down and the town has known about it (or UI or whoever has), some bad will follow.
