Description

I have sewage and garbage coming up in my basement from other houses on the block. The main alley drain must be blocked again. I've waisted money on a plumber, and because I didn't believe him I rented a machine and did it myself. Now I'm certain my drain is clear again. This happened a few years back and on day three of waisting money on different longer snakes. You guys showed up on the corner and cleared the alley. If this isn't going to be the last time, I need a direct number for who is responsible. Some sewage refund would be nice too, since you guys knew about this before me last time, never contacted me, and still know it's a problem.
