Let the correctional faculty bring the inmates to sweep and clean our streets they do this is Norwood and they do a great job compared to Coliingdale the sweeper truck about 15 miles a hour down the street picks up hardly anything with a police car following behind to quickly give a ticket to whoever didn't move their car .
