North and Southbound lanes of Springfield between State and Auburn have a washboard surface that shakes the car to pieces. It has been this way since the road was re-surfaces a couple of years ago. The contractor needs to be compelled to fix this problem, it's surely not what the taxpayers had in mind when they paid for this work.
