Respectfully, Robert, we live in a public St Pete neighborhood. It's clear you have a passion for code enforcement and rules; you report neighbors as though we live in a neighborhood with an HOA. I'm sure that code enforcement has more pressing code issues they could be handling than being concerned with neighbors yard parking on their own properties; an issue that in no way impacts you.
