We will submit your request immediately to Santek Waste Services. If the request volume is large, it may take three to five business days for the bin to be delivered and/or repaired. You will need to leave your broken bin in a place visible to the crew and close to the curb by tomorrow at 7:00 AM. Please notify us by updating or closing this ticket once your issue is resolved. Otherwise, your request will remain open for 3 days to allow for notifications and then closed.
