I work for PVTA at 206 Maple st. People come in frequently to complain about the parking meter in front of the terminal. It has been out of service for some time. Causing them to park legally on our premises.

parking enforcement. I am confused as to why this affects the city owned parking lot behind the bus station, (which faces the alley). Please let me know if I am mistaken, as to the issue.
