Description

The new granite curbs which are in place as part of the new street and sidewalks just north of the convention center on Nutt Street have an excessive amount of concrete on them. The contractor should be made to correct this poor workmanship which covers such a significant taxpayer investment. Further, it would seem logical that this contractor would be removed from the list of bidders on future City of Wilmington contracts.
