West Haven Police do not want to be bothered with these violations. Near West Haven Lumber large trucks (not doing business with WH Lumber) are allowed to park overnight on the street with impunity. On Richard St, vehicles are illegally parking on lawns even with adequate street parking on the same side! Police do nothing
