corner of 6th and Addison directly across from Mother Bethel AME Church had Belgian blocks as surface. About 60 blocks not replaced after street repair. Area with missing blocks filled with gravel. Gravel has been washed/worn away leaving developing pit, trip hazard and pot hole hazard. See attached photos.
