  I agree with you! Yesterday i made a comment 4 times about a parking issue and the app blocked my comment by rejection.. And it was a simple question, no swearing or anything.. I followed the rules but was still blocked! The dpw is not organized very good at all. I called them to see what was going on and made a complaint. I spoke with a Mr
  Golding and he blamed it on the people at scf... But I have made complaints in the past and it took me 3 tries before the problem was solved. You would have better luck by calling them and they should scrap this app and get a better one! I hate playing their games!!

  Thank you for sending the crew that cleaned out the drain. In the afternoon, after the crew completed their work we had some more rain. The problem appears still to exist. The attached image was taken at 3:00 pm on April 15th.
