Behind the Essex Museum on Brown Street there was an iron fence that was cut off its granite base leaving spikes about 4 inches high. If someone was to fall on them there could be fatal injury. My 2 year old granddaughter likes to walk on walls, as do most 2 yr olds and this is very worrisome.
