The traffic light at Chapel and Hamilton was a yellow vs. red flashing light yesterday, rather than a regular traffic light. This is not going to work here. Drivers making rights onto Chapel from Hamilton routinely run that red light, but now they don't even try to stop. I don't know if they assume the Chapel drivers also have flashing red, or if they don't care. This is an accident waiting to happen. You need a regular light or two flashing red - the latter would stop/slow traffic on Chapel as well, which may be a good thing anyway.
