Description

This is the retention pond behind Lifenet Health and next to Public Utilities. The pond is behind four houses on Landstown Ct. There is a storm drain leading to the pond.

A. There’s always trash in there and duckweed, but this year it’s covered in this thick red algae. There’s different species of wildlife that uses the pond to include fish, turtles, ducks, and geese. The algae is really affected them and it’s unpleasant to look at.
