Description

I am concerned about the number of dogs, leashed and off the leash, running on St Pete Beach, especially in front of the PCI Motel. Also the motorized onewheels zipping along the beach around people walking and playing near the water. While I have seen some police officers address these with people, More often I see the officers just looking the other way as one did this evening. The officer was on an ATV type vehicle and came within thirty feet of a man walking his dog on the beach in front of PCI. The officer stopped, obviously saw the dog but then started up and left without ever addressing the problem with the man. Can we get code enforcement ramped up?
