The below message was received from Oncor after reporting the street light outage you mention above. If the lights are not fixed in the next few days, please consider going to the website mentioned and specifically choosing the street lights affected as there is a map showing all streetlights in the area. This may help Oncor target the problem accurately.
"You have successfully entered a Street Light outage into the Oncor Street Light outage reporting system. For a routine repair, you should expect to see your light repaired within five days.
