Thanks for taking the time to report your issue. The Borough of Madison has a courtesy agreement with PSE&G to permit them to park in lots overnight when they are working in Madison. This removes them from roadways, and from parking outside residents houses within their work zone. If at any point you have additional concerns, we ask that you please report a new issue. Thank you.
