Description

The rear elevator at the apartments at 138 Pleasant St is concerning. When entering or exiting the elevator, you can feel it struggle to maintain its level with the floor. The elevator will move slightly with the door open and will sometimes bounce up and down. Aside from this, it is frequently out of service and does not appear to be competently repaired.

If the city provides such a service, I'd like for the elevator to be inspected to ensure its safety.
