Description

resident will not clean backyard. Backyard has not been cleaned in about
four years. Very overgrown with leaves, pine straw, limbs, tires, ivy and all
kinds of vines. Backyard backs up to my backyard, and i am constantly having to spray weed killer to keep overgrowth from overtaking my backyard. Something needs to be done quickly.
