Description
Large pine trees on tree belt of our property located at 472 Russell Rd westfield, these trees are overgrown and extremely messy and large branches on windy days and presents a safety issue.
I would like to know if they belong to the city or to me the property owner?

There has been no response from the city of Westfield ma. Regarding this issue after almost two years.
