Doesn't matter who's responsible. Someone in the city has the access to contact the correct people to have the issue fixed. The graffiti has been there for years and needs to be repaired. Should be part of city beautification.

I agree its very distasteful and disrespectful, please clean and remove.There is industrial graffiti remover that can be used.
