Description

There is a large roll-off dumpster on Hamlin south of Leland (closest address is 4652 N Hamlin) that has been in place for over 6 months. It is full to over-flowing and is a breeding ground for rats. I noticed at least a dozen rats around the dumpster this evening. The dumpster belongs to Lake Shore Waste Services (773) 685-8811.
