This is pertaining to the cut-through traffic concern posted back in March

SPD says they did traffic monitoring on the street and found that traffic is slower than the speed limit on average Can SPD share what kind of monitoring they did and for how long? I live on the street and never say any counting devices or police vehicles Even if there was a patrol car here for a few hours, that certainly is not an accurate sample size And it still does not address the cut-through issue Can we please discuss some more traffic calming measures?
