Sad to see this. We have been in the neighborhood since 2017 and nothing has changed.

It’s a mess. The owner got a “stay of execution” when the governor declared no evictions during the pandemic. (The property was to be repossessed by the bank.)

Garbage cans sit out for days after collection time. I’ve been here 10 years and this home has not been
Taken care of for most of this time.

I as I stated previously, they have lived there for a number of years and obviously can not afford to maintain the home to your standards. Perhaps The Gulf Gate Owners need to get together and have a workday to repair anything The Gulf Gate Owners feel is reducing their property values. This will create a win-win and no more complaints. Please don't think that they are tired of the police showing up saying guess what another neighbor complained.....

If you want it fixed put your pocketbook and your sweat equity into improving the neighborhood instead of being a negative nelly...
