I am the community manager for the Bridges at Gilbert and a resident has shared a concern as follows:
"Wondering if it is an HOA request or a city request to put in a stop sign in the Bridges neighborhood. We live on Arroyo Ln. and it is a big cross through street for many people in Bridges North. Coming off of Strawberry headed West to Arroyo there is not a stop sign and people come cruising around that corner and it is dangerous. "
Can you help or direct me to the proper person to inquire with?

The goal was to address this concern reported to me by a resident.

Staff has reviewed this request, the town does not install stop signs at T-intersections where residential street meets residential street. Additionally, there is full visibility of any north and south bound traffic.
