In short, we need to get you on the system. I noticed that your boundaries were just updated. That is a great start. All of the major cities around us are set up and using this service.
You can set up emails so that issues can be automatically channeled to the correct department. Once that is setup, you wont get a bunch of emails and the issues can be addressed by the proper party.
If you have any questions about how to set up this process or would like any help, please don't hesitate to ask.
