Broken sidewalk due to old age and likely tree roots. Poses a daily tripping hazard. Not safe for travel. The entire sidewalk from Munson to 12th is not safe for pedestrian travel.

Sidewalks are the responsibility of the adjacent property owner to maintain and repair. We will have an inspector review the location and then send letters to each property owner that needs to repair their sidewalks.

Why do the property owners on this block have the responsibility to repair the sidewalk when the sidewalks within 10 blocks to the east all were replaced with concrete within the last few years? All the sidewalks from 10th to Huntoon, Jewell to MacVicar should have been apart of that sidewalk project.
