Description
The lights for the turns are both east and west bound at the michigan turns at harper at not properly timed. Traffic backs up into harper and then the north/south harper traffic can't move. It's very unsafe. This starts just after 3 p.m. each day

With all the electronic traffic controls available, a vehicle sensor could alleviate the traffic light timing problem.
Another viable solution is to replace the mis-timed lights with simple traffic control devices - stop signs.
If the road commission determines that a traffic light need to be at these locations, they should expend the energy to support and maintain them.
