there's been (specially durring the summer)a number of times when many individuals (in the corner of MacArthur Ave and Halsey Ave) start driving eratically (i.e. speeding away at high mileage, doing kick stands, peeling out ec) and also there are a bunch of kids who hang out in the corner of where these two streets meet (not saying that it's them but they causing this) as well.
