Description

2601 Pecan has not been mowed or had the yard cleaned in over a year. The Front yard is a jungle as is the back yard. Tenants park multiple vehicles in the back yard against the fence (there were five there at last count). There are three seperate families living in this house with six children. It is a small two bedroom house. Trash is all over the place (yard & street). This house smells! Rats run back and forth to the house next door which is in a similar condition. Can you please fix this. It has been called in Multiple times and nothing ever gets done.
