Does Methuen/MassDOT have some sort of sidewalk repair plan for 110. I've talked to both agencies and it feels like both departments kick the can of responsibility around. You can see someone in a wheelchair on streetview being forced out onto the road, with no shoulder, because the sidewalks aren't safe to use. I've done some digging and found some sort of grant for a project on rt 110 (https://mvpc.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=b730bc1b771a40b28ae5504f4ca79f82#). Is this project still on schedule for what looks like a 2023 construction start date? Did the pandemic delay/ put this project on hold? I understand that construction projects like this don't happen overnight, but there's not a lot of information on the Methuen city website about street/sidewalk repair.
