Description

the house behind me put up a fence and in doing so they cut down a lot of trees and threw them into the creek creating a blockage when we have storms. Doesn’t help he throws leaves ontop of it. He also moved dirt and concrete that now blocks more than half of the culvert and now all the water just comes into my yard.
