No disrespect, and i have no dog in this fight but always best to look at things from both side... Regardless of what GIS shows, the county does not own nor care for ROWs on the barrier island. That said, it's likely a property owner is over people parking on the grass they care for and leaving beer cans all over the place. Every day the neighborhoods in and around the village are left trashed. Solution: more services provided in and around the village and county acquires or does private/public agreements for more municipality lands to better serve the public parking needed.
