Cars turning onto 23 from Conshohocken are constantly running the red light, causing gridlock and the oncoming traffic to miss their light. This leads to traffic piling up all the way to 76! If the Conshohocken police cared, they could take care of this in an afternoon with one car parked at the intersection. This has been going on for YEARS!
