We will notify the adjacent property owner and have them repair the sidewalks by concrete or laying bricks. We are extending ticket out 30 days.

The Ward Meade Neighborhood Plan calls for brick sidewalks to be preserved as much as possible. The main culprit of this hole in the sidewalk is a large tree root from the tree that is growing in the city easement. Can that be dealt with by the city since it is their tree?

It is the property owners responsibility to repair the sidewalk. We are trying to contact them to discuss this issue.

Still have not received a call from the property owner and it is their responsibility to fix the sidewalk. Forestry will work with them if they ever decide to fix the walk. We are closing this request since we can't make contact with them.
