A. This is a question, not a request. I am asking the question because the ground appears to be sinking at the back of Rosewood Condominiums. Water collects along the fence and a sinkhole comes back after being backfilled several times. Have no idea what causes the sinking. Guessing water main leaks, sewer leaks or irrigation leaks. Do you normally install a fire hydrant this high from the ground? Or did the ground sink since you installed it? See attached photo. Thanks
