This poor dog is locked in the enclosed porch for most of the day. Last night the dog was barking at 11:30 PM. It's starting to howl and yes, bark at every passing dog, etc. I'm guessing it gets pretty hot it there in the afternoon with the sun beating down and with only 2 windows cracked open a few inches. The owners never seem to take it for a walk either. Please send someone out to issue a warning. This is bad for the dog and the neighbors!

Incredibly annoying! This neighbor has no regard for anyone in the area. No attempt has been made to quiet this dog. What's the point of having a dog if you lock it out of the house all day while everyone else has to listen to it bark and howl every 10 minutes.
